My dad wants to buy a 04' impreza WRX. But now we cant find a nice one due to the fact that the new one made the old modles prices to rise. Hard to find one.

sorry but that thing is hideous. mitsubishi got better, i dont know what subaru was thinking... what a shame to our community

true, but im guessing. and please note its only my opinion.. the people complaining are most likely complaining about how it looks, it kind of gives a bad look for the Impreza. believe me its one hell of a tune up. but the power and respect :D the look of a dark blue Subaru Impreza WRX STi 2006 model with a carbon fiber top and a Missfire system (ALS system) banging away at your ears is nothing short of.. 'oh damn..'

Agreed. I can't afford one, but I love the thing. Sure the taillights are funky, but it's so much better than the old car in just about every way. Anyone who claims to hate a hatchback, simply has never owned one, or never has to carry anything larger than a toothbrush in their car. Enjoy your car!

I agree with you for the most part, except for the Sequential tranny comment... WRC uses Sequential transmissions which enable the driver to focus more on the road while he/she listens to the co-drivers navigation notes.... Both cars look good for different reasons... And although Mitsu is out of the mainstream WRC game, they still can be seen in other rally events such as P-WRC, and Pikes Peak... Personally I like the EVO X just a little bit more. |
